Resveralife is committed to creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. If you’re not entirely satisfied with the products purchased, we are happy to offer product exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

We are not able to offer returns at this time. However, we will gladly exchange your products within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Q: How Do I Exchange My Product?
Please get in touch with the original point of purchase to exchange your Resveralife products. If you purchased Resveralife products from a physical retail location, please return to the same location with the product along with its original packaging and original purchase receipt. For exchanging products that were purchased via the Resveralife website, please get in touch with our customer care personnel at 1-877-382-6839, Mon – Thurs 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Fri 8:30 AM – 4 PM. (PST). Please note that we are only able to offer exchanges at the original point of purchase at this time.
Things To Know Before Sending Products for Exchange

  • All products must be returned along with any accessories, manuals, original packaging and all relevant paperwork
  • Defaced or damaged products are not eligible for replacements
  • Please use trackable modes of shipment while returning products for exchange. The cost of returning the product is at your own expense. The products are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach Resveralife.
  • Resveralife does not take any responsibility for replacing products damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
